Purpose and Scope


This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to sign into a Wycliffe Zoom event using Single Sign-On (SSO) and a calendar link.

How To / Setup / Installation


  • Open the calendar invitation: Locate the Zoom event invitation in your email or calendar application.

  • Click the Zoom link: The invitation will contain a link to join the Zoom event. Click on this link.

  • Redirect to Zoom: Your browser will redirect you to the Zoom web page for the event.

  • Sign in with SSO:

  • Instead of entering your email and password, look for a button that says "SSO"

  • Click this button.

  • This will take you to a page to enter your organization enter “wycliffe” in this field

  • Wycliffe SSO login: You'll be redirected to the Wycliffe SSO login page. Enter your Wycliffe username and password as you normally would to access other Wycliffe systems (Workday, Email, etc).


  • Join the event: After successfully authenticating through SSO, you will be automatically joined into the Zoom event.


By following these steps, you can seamlessly join Wycliffe Zoom events using SSO and your calendar invitation, ensuring a smooth and secure online meeting experience.
